General warranty conditions
- You will be required to present the proof of purchase for warranty.
- The previously mentioned product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing or material defects, parts, pieces and components for a 2-year period from the date of purchase. The warranty service will cover the repair at no charge, including workforce and spare parts.
- The foresaid two year period will not be renewed or extended due to product repairs carried out during the so mentioned validity period.
- The product you just have acquired has been designed for household only, therefore the cost-free status of the service will not be applied when destined to commercial purposes such as restaurants, hotels, casinos, hospitals, industries and others from the same nature.
Furthermore, the free- of- charge service will not be applied in case of physical damage, tear or operating defects caused by:
- Any chargeable incident to consumer or third party.
- Damages suffered after delivery.
- Misuse or negligence.
- Damages suffered in transit.
- Damages caused by hardness excess or acidity.
- Use of unsuitable fuels.
- Piece color-scheme differences.
- Polishing damages.
- Missing of removable plastic pieces.
- Piece replacement and repairs or manipulations carried out by unauthorized or non-qualified personnel.
- Any other condition of use which indicates any risk of damage for the device or for the user.
